· Fiscal Responsibility: Leverage faculty expertise to reduce costly consultant expenses and additional administration. Curb wasteful spending. Invest strategically. Maintain AAA credit rating to control interest expense.

· Transparency and Accountability: Provide professional and transparent leadership and evaluation. Implement organizational management practices where necessary to ensure alignment between the school district’s actions and residents’ goals and values.

· Physical and Emotional Safety: Establish technology, policy, and training to ensure emergency preparedness and safety. Cultivate student and faculty sense of belonging and provide mental health and wellness resources.
